1 cup prepared Thrive Bechamel Sauce (1/2 cup sauce to 1 cup hot water)
1 cup Thrive Scrambled Egg Mix, 1 1/2 cups water
8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup Thrive Shredded Cheddar Cheese, reconstituted
Thrive Chives for garnish
Flatten biscuits to 4″ rounds and bake according to package directions.
Prepare sausage gravy: re-hydrate sausage in 1/3 cup water, drain. Add Bechamel sauce to hot water and stir until smooth. Add sausage and stir.
Combine scrambled egg mix and water and cook in a skillet until fluffy. Spread gravy on baked biscuits. Top with scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, and chives and return to oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
