Beef Stew

Here are some recipes for those nights where you are just too tired, frazzled, or just don't feel like cooking!  Faster than fast food- less expensive and better for you!

Beef Stew
6 servings

6   C water                                 1 1/2 c FD beef dices 
1 T garlic, minced                         1/2 c FD potato dices
1/4 c FD chopped onions                1 t Italian seasoning blend
   1 T FD green onion                    1/3 c FD zucchini
1/4 c FD green peas                     1/3 c FD mushroom pieces
  1 T carrot dices                          1/3 c FD tomato dices
1/4 c FD celery                             1/2 t thrive chef's choice seasonin
1/3 c thrive Espagnole sauce (dry)
 

Soak beef in 6 cups water for 5 minutes.
Bring to a simmer.
Add remaining ingredients and stir lightly.
Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
Allow to rest for 2-3 minutes and serve.
