  • c Thrive scrambled egg mix
  • 1 1⁄2 c water
  • T Thrive instant milk powder
  • 1⁄4 c Thrive green chili peppers (fd)
  • 1⁄4 c Thrive red bell peppers (fd)
  • T Thrive chopped onions (dehydrated)
  • 1⁄2 c Thrive sausage crumbles (fd)
  • T cholula hot sauce
  • flour tortillas (6-8 inch)
  • 1 1⁄2 c thrive shredded cheese (fd), reconstituted
  • t thrive chef’s choice seasoning blend
  • T thrive cilantro (fd)
Mix scrambled egg powder with water and milk powder to reconstitute. Reconstitute peppers, sausage, and onions by placing them in a small bowl and just covering with water. Allow to sit for 5 minutes and drain any excess water.
In a skillet on medium high heat, sauté peppers, onions, and sausage together until slightly browned. Add Chef’s Choice blend, hot sauce, and cilantro to pan and stir well to incorporate. Beat egg mixture, add to hot skillet, and stir in. Cook to scramble, stirring occasionally to get fluffy eggs. Warm tortillas, put ½ cup of scrambled egg mixture on each one, and top with cheese.
