Focaccia Bread

A fun way to use our Country White Dough Mix

  • 3 3⁄4 c thrive country white dough mix (1 pantry can)
  • c + 2 tbsp. warm water
  • 2 1⁄4 t thrive instant dry yeast (1 packet)
  • T olive oil
  • T butter, melted
  • t garlic, minced (optional)
  • t thrive salad seasoning blend
  • t thrive basil (fd)
  • 1⁄2 c parmesan cheese
  • 1⁄2 c thrive shredded mozzarella (fd)


In a stand mixer with dough hook, combine water, yeast, and dough mix. Put mixer on low until dough comes together, scraping bowl a few times. Turn speed up and mix for about 5 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
Put dough in sprayed bowl and cover and let rise until double in size (about 45 minutes). Spread oil across bottom of 9x13 pan. Place risen dough in pan and spread to edges of pan. Brush melted garlic on top of bread and sprinkle seasonings and cheese on top. Cover pan with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled in size.
Bake at 400°F until golden brown (about 15–20 minutes). Remove bread from pan immediately after cooking and cool on cooling rack.
